Rezidence Glazarová
On the land in question, we are proposing a terraced apartment building with three above-ground and one underground floors. The floor plan is arranged in a saw-tooth pattern. Distances from neighboring apartment buildings can be seen from the drawing in the situation (diagram of distances between houses). In the underground floor there are 32 parking spaces for cars, cellars and household equipment. There are 18 residential units on the first to third floors above ground. Most are equipped with a terrace or garden. The apartment building is covered with a flat roof with extensive greenery. Along the west side of the apartment building, fenced gardens in a combination of wire mesh and hedges adjoin the apartments on the ground floor. The terraces are equipped with capacity boxes for planting greenery.
The design of the building is in accordance with the zoning decision from 1996, which was issued without any problems. Due to the floods in 1997 and the subsequent activity of the company on other construction sites, construction was not started after the floods.
